Pay equity between men and women

Pay equity is still under public discussion and remains being ever-present in in the daily press. On the occasion of this year's EQUAL PAY DAY in March,
we as a medium-sized machine-knife manufacturer with about 40 employees can proudly say, that we have already implemented gender pay equity five years ago.

We are proud that by now 15 of our 40 positions are staffed by female professionalls and assistant workers, even when it comes to traditionally male-dominated professions. This equals to a proportion of females of 37,5%.

Our female employees prove each day again that they are in no way inferior to our male staff. If anything, our highly esteemed female employees show zest for action! We look forward to continouisly support gender mainstreaming in our company.
