Once again, the IFFA exhibition took place in Frankfurt from May 4 to May 9, 2019 as the leading trade-fair for the meat processing industry.

Together with our parent company Friedr. Dick GmbH & Co. KG, we as the company von den Steinen GmbH & Co. KG used this opportunity to present ourselves as a manufacturer of machine- and circular-knives for the food processing industry. Our expert knowledge regarding the production of cutting tools made from stainless and rustproof steels with high case hardenings, as well as our experience in the field of food-safe coatings have been in high demand. Extensive talks have been hold in regards to the EDQM guide for food compatibility of machine knives, for which we work on solutions at this very moment.

The overall interest in our high-quality machine-knives has been very high accordingly. As a result, sample orders as well as longterm contracts
for new and existing customers have been placed at the IFFA 2019. The fact that „Friedr. Dick GmbH & Co. KG“ and „von den Steinen GmbH & Co. KG“
are well established traditional brands for professionalls has been proven to be true yet again.
